In order to confirm the booking, e-mail which contains voucher will be sedt to you shortly after payment approved.
You can also check booking status in My Page - My booking.

Please go to My Page - My booking and check the voucher and add a participant.
Only leading guest info will be required.
* However, we need all member's information. So kindly fill in the form if it is DMZ tour.

Then the tour staff will contact you via K2OUR app chatting or any other messenger if you don't download K2our app.

Please show up at the meeting location on meeting time.
The tour vehicle will depart sharply.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy upon customer request is as follows.
The standard time is 9 am.

1. 72 hours before the tour day : 100% refund
2. 48 hours before the tour day : 50% refund
3. 24 hours before the tour day: No refund

Reschedule can be possible before the tour starts and reschedule fee is 50% of total price.

Qualification for freetour

Age under 3 years (36 months) is eligible for free tour. However, a seat for a child will not be provided.
Age under 12 years is eligible for price for the kid.

Depending on the number of passenger, vehicle type might be changed such as a sedan, van and bus.
