Confirmation

In order to confirm the booking, e-mail which contains voucher will be sent to you shortly after payment approved.
You can also check the booking status in My Page - My booking.

Please go to My Page - My booking and check the voucher and add participant info.
Only leading guest info will be required for general tour.
* However, we need all members’ information for the special tour like DMZ and Cruise. So kindly fill in the form in My Page - My booking.

Then the tour staff will contact you a day before the tour date via K2OUR app chatting or any other messenger if you don't have K2our app.

Please show up at the meeting location on meeting time for check-in.
The tour vehicle will depart sharply on departure time. Departure time is +10 min after meet up time.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy upon customer request is as follows.
The standard time is 9 am.

1. 72 hours before the tour day : 100% refund
2. 48 hours before the tour day : 50% refund
3. 24 hours before the tour day: No refund

Reschedule can be possible before the tour starts and reschedule fee is 50% of total price.
